It is important that this case result in a resounding landmark win and that Morgan Stanley be severely admonished, publicly disgraced and rebuked for their behavior in this instance, as doing so will be the most effective means to preclude future occurrences, and will be an important "Call to Arms " for others who have been similarly abused, but lacked the resources and fortitude to confront such a disgusting bully. Spencer C. Young also wants to be sure Warren Friend and John Westerfield are personally held accountable for initiating this horrific fraud, and Tony Tufariello for his supportive role, and CEO John Mack for his endorsement and support of fraud, racketeering, extortion, sabotage, corruption and antitrust.
Mr. Young feels this way not merely because of the impact Morgan Stanley’s tortious activities have had on his family, friends and communities, but all told, there are more than 200 other people (including both Phases of Project Atlas) that would have otherwise had the opportunity to be part of a business initiative that was something special, had it not been snuffed out time and time again by a pervasively vicious, hectoring and greed mongering group of people at Morgan Stanley.
Mr. Young is willing to do whatever it takes to redress this injustice and reveal the dark underbelly of Morgan Stanley – and while painful to forefend and withstand their vicious and unfounded attacks, their efforts to stop him have only served to strengthen his resolve – For there is nothing more repugnant, and frankly dangerous than condoning the deliberate and unfettered destruction of a person’s career, personal integrity, professional reputation and livelihood that is predicated on pure lies and prevarication. A friend knowledgeable of this matter kindly observed:
“Gee, if they can do this to you, they could do it to anybody. ”
So who would be so bold to stand up to such an overbearing bully? Well, for one – former Morgan Stanley employee, Allison Schieffelin demonstrated the leadership and personal valor to stand up to these hectoring hooligans – winning a landmark $54 million settlement from Morgan Stanley for sex bias. Notably, throughout her ordeal, she had said Morgan Stanley actively undertook actions that “destroyed my career.” 71 – Mr. Young can certainly relate.
“ Courage is the first of human qualities . . .
. . . because it is the quality that guarantees all the others. “
